She has now retired.
The new Principal is Tom Utic.
As stated on the BHS
website, Tom Utic believes that school administrators are instrumental in
bringing together all groups involved (students, parents, staff, and the
community), to work with one another to establish a common vision. As an
administrator, Utic's personal goal is to create a school environment that
has a meaningful place for every individual. The intrinsic desire to learn
and achieve in any and all realms must be nurtured and supported. To that
end, he believes a school should provide positive experiences and
opportunities not only for academic interests, but also for athletic,
artistic, creative and social pursuits.
Attention Branham Bruin Marching Band Alumni: Do you still have the instrument that you played in high school? Is it collecting dust in your attic or closet? Would you like to support the Branham Marching Band? If you answered yes to one or more of the above questions, please consider donating that instrument (except for a piano) to the Music Department at Branham High School. Your donated instrument will help support the music program in this time of budget cuts and provide opportunities for students to participate in an outstanding and growing music program. If you would like to donate an instrument or if you have questions about donating one, please contact Music Director, Mr. Rob Barnes, at (408) 267-1020 ext. 7464 or e-mail him at rbarnes@cuhsd.org. Thank you for supporting music. Go Bruins! Lydia Gauweiler President, Branham Music Boosters Attention!
